During your traineeship you have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of partners and associates. Advestra’s lean structure allows you to gain insight into and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a law firm.
Training and Development
The training and development of our junior associates are essential for their bar exam preparation and further career. We hold weekly know-how meetings and offer additional training and development events, including events aimed specifically at preparing you for the bar exam. Each junior associate receives professional and personal support from a mentor (associate).
