Advestra advises Zurich on the establishment of its own service company

Zurich Insur­ance Com­pany Ltd (Zurich) has estab­lished its own ser­vice com­pany Zurich Switzer­land Ser­vices Ltd. Through the ser­vice com­pany Zurich will expand its offer­ing to include innov­at­ive sup­ple­ment­ary offers and ser­vices such as in the area of mobility.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Zurich. The team included Daniel Raun and Anna Capaul (both Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Sandro Fehl­mann (Fin­an­cial Services).
