Advestra advises Aebi Schmidt on the financing of the acquisition of Monroe Truck Equipment

Aebi Schmidt Group, a glob­al lead­er of intel­li­gent solu­tions for the treat­ment of mis­sion crit­ic­al infra­struc­ture areas and demand­ing ter­rain, today announced an agree­ment to acquire Mon­roe Truck Equip­ment from its cur­rent own­er Indus­tri­al Oppor­tun­ity Part­ners. Mon­roe is an industry-lead­ing truck and trail­er equip­ment plat­form based in the US.

Advestra advised Aebi Schmidt on the fin­an­cing of the acquis­i­tion of Mon­roe Truck Equip­ment. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen and Mar­lon Ber­to­lini (Fin­ance) and Laurent Ried­weg (Tax).
