Advestra advises ABB on its strategic investment in Sevensense Robotics

ABB entered into a stra­tegic part­ner­ship with Swiss-based start-up Sev­en­sense Robot­ics. Sev­en­sense Robot­ics was foun­ded in 2018 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. The stra­tegic part­ner­ship with Sev­en­sense Robot­ics aims to enhance ABB’s new autonom­ous mobile robot­ics (AMR) offer­ing with arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence (AI) and 3D vis­ion map­ping technology.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to ABB. The team con­sisted of Daniel Raun, Anna Capaul and Mar­lon Ber­to­lini (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
