Advestra advises the sellers on the sale of 1plusX to TripleLift

1plusX, a Swiss-based pro­vider of AI-powered data man­age­ment plat­forms, has been sold to ad-tech com­pany TripleLift.

Advestra acts as leg­al coun­sel to the sellers in this trans­ac­tion. The team includes Thomas Reut­ter, Beda Kaufmann, Daniel Raun, Roland Truffer, Alex­an­der Fisch, Fabi­an Loretan and Mar­lon Ber­to­lini (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
