Advestra advises on pre-IPO private placement by ABB E-mobility

ABB E-mobility, a global leader in electric vehicle charging solutions, has signed a pre-IPO private placement for approximately CHF 200 million. The proceeds shall be used to implement ABB E-mobility's growth strategy. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022. ABB E-mobility was advised by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and UBS AG.
