Advestra advises Green on comprehensive refinancing

Advestra advised InfraVia III Green s.à r.l. and its Swiss sub­si­di­ar­ies Green Group AG, Green Data­cen­ter AG and green​.ch AG in con­nec­tion with their com­pre­hens­ive CHF 480 mil­lion refin­an­cing with a bank­ing syn­dic­ate led by Crédit Agri­cole Cor­por­ate and Invest­ment Bank and ING Bank N.V.

Green is the lead­ing pro­vider of data cen­ter ser­vices and solu­tions in Switzer­land and backed by InfraVia, a lead­ing European private equity firm based in Par­is and spe­cial­ized in infra­struc­ture and tech­no­logy investments.

Advestra acted as leg­al advisor to InfraVia and Green. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen, Annina Ham­mer and Levy Corba (all Fin­ance), as well as Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
