Advestra advises FMA Group on the acquisition of NOX

FMA Holding AG, a portfolio company of Liberta Partners, has acquired NOX Systems AG, a leading developer and manufacturer in the field of security technology, with a focus on security and access control systems, headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to FMA Group in this transaction. The team included Anna Capaul, Alexander von Jeinsen and Beda Kaufmann (all Corporate | M&A and Financing) and Laurent Riedweg (Tax).
