Advestra advises the shareholders of RMB Group on the strategic partnership with eevolve

RMB Group, a lead­ing Swiss plan­ning and con­sult­ing com­pany focused on build­ing, energy and envir­on­ment­al tech­no­logy and eevolve, a Swiss part­ner to mid-sized com­pan­ies in the DACH region, agreed to the form­a­tion of a stra­tegic partnership.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to the share­hold­ers of RMB Group in the transaction.
