The Federal Council enacts the legal basis for the new L-QIF fund product
On 31 January 2024, the Federal Council decided to bring the revised Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA) and the amended Collective Investment Schemes Ordinance (CISO) into force on 1 March 2024. This will create the legal basis for the Limited Qualified Investor Fund (L-QIF). This issue of Advestra Insights is dedicated to the new structure of the L-QIF.
