Advestra advises the sellers on the sale of IntiQuan AG to ProductLife Group

ProductLife Group ("PLG"), a global provider of regulatory, scientific, compliance, and digital transformation consulting services for the life sciences industry, has acquired IntiQuan AG. IntiQuan AG is a consulting company providing services and solutions for impactful model-informed drug development.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the sellers in this trans­ac­tion. The team included Andreas Hinsen, Anna Capaul and Angelika Kremer (all Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Laurent Riedweg and Jan Seltmann (both Tax).
