Advestra advises on the placement of shares of EPIC Suisse

EPIC Suisse successfully placed 875,000 new shares at an offering price of CHF 80 per share, with a total value of CHF 70 million, by way of an accelerated bookbuilding. The net proceeds from the offering are expected to be deployed towards ongoing and planned real estate development and the acquisition pipeline and is intended to provide flexibility for the continued disciplined expansion, reinforce the balance sheet strength as well as for general corporate purposes. UBS, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Swiss Finance & Property were acting as Joint Bookrunners in the offering.

Advestra acted as legal counsels to UBS, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Swiss Finance & Property. The team included Annette Weber, Jan-Nicklas Bentz, Valérie Bayard and Daryana Maurer (all Capital Markets) as well as Céline Martin (Tax).
