Advestra advises Galderma on the issuance of CHF 175 million Bonds

Galderma successfully issued CHF 175 million Bonds due 2030 with a coupon of 0.9425%. The Bonds were guaranteed by Galderma Group AG, while Galderma Holding AG acted as issuer. BNP PARIBAS, Paris, Lancy/Geneva branch and UBS acted as joint lead managers in this transaction.
