Advestra advises online bank radicant bank ag on its agreement with Alpian SA

radicant has created a follow-on solution for its clients that will continue to provide access to innovative banking services. A corresponding agreement between radicant and Alpian has been signed by the Boards of Directors of both banks. Alpian is a Swiss bank licensed and supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). It is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, one of Europe's largest banking groups.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to radicant. The team consisted of Rashid Bahar, Fabian Loretan and Jana Wildberger (all Financial Services).
