Advestra advises SANDOW on the acquisition of ARCHITONIC

SANDOW Companies, a design-centric group operating leading media, platforms and services business, has acquired ARCHITONIC, a global inspiration platform for design professionals, operating in Switzerland and Germany.

Advestra acted as lead transaction counsel to SANDOW Companies in this transaction. The team included Andreas Hinsen, Benjamin Grunwald and Daryana Maurer (all Cor­por­ate | M&A), Sharon Spring (Employment) as well as Laurent Riedweg and Jan Seltmann (both Tax).
