We are excited to welcome Philipp Haas to our team as a partner in the Corporate | M&A and Private Equity practice.

Philipp focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate defense, advice to boards and capital markets and has been involved in some of Switzerland's largest and most prominent corporate transactions.
