FDF appoints Rashid Bahar to the Expert Group to Review Switzerland’s Financial Market Regulation

The Swiss Federal Department of Finance (FDF) has established an external expert group to review and optimise Switzerland’s financial market regulatory framework. Led by Monica Mächler, the group will support the FDF in assessing the regulatory landscape with a view to enhancing efficiency, strengthening competitiveness and reducing administrative burdens.

The expert group includes Prof. Rashid Bahar, a partner at Advestra.
