Advestra advises DWS on acquisition of Peakside Capital Advisors

DWS Group, one of Europe’s leading asset managers, has signed binding agreements to acquire Peakside Capital Advisors AG, a specialist real estate asset manager focused on value-add and opportunistic investments in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe.

Advestra acted as Swiss counsel to DWS on the transaction. The team included Andreas Hinsen, Alexander von Jeinsen, Sandro Fehlmann, Fabian Loretan and Daryana Maurer.
