Alexander advises clients on financing, capital market and M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate law matters.

A specific focus of his work lies on financing transactions, including syndicated credit agreements and structured financing matters, in particular acquisition and project financing.

He also advises banks and issuers on a broad range of capital market transactions, including IPOs, capital increases and debt capital instruments, as well as on securities law.

Furthermore, Alexander assists companies on M&A transactions and advises financial services providers on compliance with their regulatory duties.
