Robin advises clients on M&A transactions, financing, capital markets law, as well as general corporate and securities law matters.

He provides counsel to private and publicly listed companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and other investors on acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures.

Additionally, Robin assists clients with the structuring and execution of financing, particularly with syndicated loan agreements. A key focus of his work lies in capital market fundraising.
