Assistant
Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to our attorneys in their client work. This includes managing client files, coordinating appointments, issuing invoices, and handling reminders and collections.
- Prepare and edit presentations, contracts, and other legal or business documents in both German and English.
- Correspond with internal and external partners and clients in German and English.
- Organize and support meetings, business trips, client events, recruiting events, and other functions.
- Support with office management tasks, including coordination with suppliers, service providers, and craftsmen.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training.
- You have previous experience in an assistant or administrative role.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and a good command of English.
- You are proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and open to learning new applications.
- You enjoy working with people and impress with your communicative, confident, and authentic personality.
- You work independently, precisely, reliably, and efficiently.
- You are resilient, flexible, and proactive.
