Advestra advises a Swiss investor group on the acquisition of Geschenkidee.ch GmbH

A Swiss investor group advised by SME Equity Part­ners AG has acquired Ring­i­er AG’s shares in Ges​chen​kidee​.ch GmbH, the oper­at­ing com­pany of ges​chen​kidee​.ch, the most pop­u­lar online shop in Switzer­land for gift items and experiences.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the investor group. The team con­sisted of Beda Kaufmann, Thomas Reut­ter, Annina Ham­mer and Stefanie Ram­sper­ger (all Cor­por­ate | M&A), Daniel Raun and Anna Capaul (both Cor­por­ate | M&A, Employ­ment), Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (Fin­ance) as well as Laurent Ried­weg (Tax).
