Advestra advises SF Urban Properties on partnership with SENN for the further development of the Walzwerk site

SF Urban Properties Ltd has entered into a partnership with the property development group SENN for the further development of the Walzwerk site in Münchenstein and Arlesheim. As part of the partnership, Senn Hold AG will become a minority shareholder in the newly established Walzwerk Holding Ltd, while Senn Resources AG will be responsible for the project development at its own expense until legally binding planning permissions are obtained.
