Advestra advises Financial Services Software Group on the acquisition of a stake in K&W Software

The Fin­an­cial Ser­vices Soft­ware Group, con­sist­ing of the bank­ing & insur­ance soft­ware spe­cial­ists Base-Net Inform­atik AG, b+m Inform­atik AG, engram GmbH, SUBITO AG and PRO-DIR­ECT-FIN­ANCE GmbH, has inves­ted in K&W Soft­ware AG along­side the man­age­ment team. K&W Soft­ware is a lead­ing Swiss soft­ware boutique with indi­vidu­al­ized, sus­tain­able end-to-end solu­tions in the field of cred­it advice.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to the Fin­an­cial Ser­vices Soft­ware Group. The team con­sisted of Beda Kaufmann, Anna Capaul and Gök­tuğ Gür­büz (all Cor­por­ate | M&A) as well as Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (Cor­por­ate | M&A and Financing).
