medermis Sch­weiz AG, a sub­si­di­ary of medermis clin­ics GmbH, has acquired Ästhet­ik- und Laserzen­trum Zürich­see AG.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to medermis in this trans­ac­tion. The team included Beda Kaufmann, Anna Capaul, Annina Ham­mer, Gök­tuğ Gür­büz and Mil­an Schéda (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
