Advestra advises ENR Russia Invest SA on the public tender offer of its majority shareholder Valartis

On 18 September 2024, Valartis AG, a subsidiary of Valartis Group AG (SIX: VLRT) and ENR Russia Invest SA (SIX: RUS; "ENR"), announced that they had entered into an agreement under which Valartis AG agreed to launch a public tender offer to acquire all of ENR's publicly held bearer shares for CHF 5.60 in cash per share.
