Advestra advises UBS, J.P. Morgan and H.C. Wainwright & Co. on the placement of shares of Idorsia

Idorsia successfully placed shares raising gross proceeds of approximately CHF 65.6 million by way of an accelerated bookbuilding at a placement price of CHF 4.0 per share – at a level above the Volume-Weighted Average Price from the last month. The proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the ongoing research and development pipeline of Idorsia. UBS and J.P. Morgan were acting as Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers, while H.C. Wainwright & Co. was acting as Joint Lead Manager in the offering.
