Advestra advises UBS on Fundamenta Real Estate's rights offering

Fundamenta Real Estate has successfully completed a capital increase out of the capital band with gross proceeds of approximately CHF 70 million. The transaction consisted of a rights offering and a placement of shares for which subscription rights were not exercised. The proceeds from the offering will primarily be used to finance investments in the existing project pipeline, for targeted acquisitions of income-generating and development properties, to further strengthen the equity base, and for general corporate purposes. UBS acted as sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner for the capital increase, which was also supported by Swiss Prime Site Solution.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to UBS. The team consisted of Annette Weber, Silvan Biedermann, Stefan Schirm, Daryana Maurer, Valérie Bär and Jill Iten (all Capital Markets), as well as Céline Martin and Ridvan Jetishi (Tax).
