Advestra advises ENGIE New Ventures on its strategic investment in ExerGo

ENGIE, through its ENGIE New Ventures investment fund for start-ups that accelerate the energy transition, has made a strategic investment in ExerGo, a Swiss start-up that markets district heating and cooling network technology using CO₂ as a low-temperature-energy-carrier.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to ENGIE New Ventures. The team included Daniel Raun, Anna Capaul, Stefan Paris Schirm and Valérie Bär (Corporate | M&A) as well as Céline Martin and Tatjana Wingeier (Tax).
