Advestra advises UBS Switzerland and the other members of the banking syndicate on real estate investment financing for Kulm Hotel St. Moritz

Advestra advised UBS Switzerland as coordinator, agent and lender, and Raiffeisen Switzerland as well as another Swiss bank as lenders on the investment financing provided to Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, a leading luxury hotel in the Swiss Alps, renowned for its pioneering role in the development of winter tourism.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to the banking syndicate in the transaction. The team included Alexander von Jeinsen, Annina Hammer and Valérie Bär (all Financing) as well as Céline Martin (Tax).
