Advestra advises SIG Group on USD 270 million financing

Advestra advised SIG Group, a leading packaging solutions provider, offering carton, bag-in-box and spouted pouch packaging solutions, on a Swiss law governed USD 270 million syndicated term loan facility provided by a broad banking syndicate. The financing shall be used, among other things, to refinance existing indebtedness of the group, including its existing USD facility, and for general corporate purposes.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to SIG Group in the transaction. The team included Alexander von Jeinsen, Sandro Fehlmann, Sven Pinter, Alexander Fisch and Daryana Maurer (all Financing) as well as Céline Martin (Tax).
