Advestra advises Galderma on bridge financing for the acquisition of ZO Skin Health

Advestra advised Galderma, a leading dermatology company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with a presence in approximately 90 countries, on a USD 800 million bridge financing governed by Swiss law. The facility was provided by a syndicate of banks and shall be used to finance Galderma’s acquisition of ZO Skin Health from private equity investor Blackstone.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to Galderma in this transaction. The team comprised Alexander von Jeinsen, Silvan Biedermann and Alexander Fisch (all Financing) as well as Annette Weber (Capital Markets).
