Advestra advises UBS Switzerland AG and the other members of the banking syndicate on the CHF 55 million financing provided to Spital Emmental AG

Advestra advised UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, agent and lender together with the other syndicate banks as lenders on the CHF 55,000,000 credit facilities provided to Spital Emmental AG, a leading regional hospital center in the Canton of Berne, Switzerland, offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services through its hospital locations in Burgdorf and Langnau.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to UBS Switzerland AG and the banking syndicate in the transaction. The team included Alexander Fisch, Alexander von Jeinsen and Daryana Maurer (all Financing) as well as Céline Martin (Tax).
