Benjamin Grunwald

Benjamin’s practice focuses on M&A, capital market and financing transactions. He also advises clients on corporate law (including corporate governance) and general commercial law matters.

A specific focus of his work lies in advising private and public companies as well as private equity, venture capital and other investors on international and domestic private M&A transactions, investments and joint ventures in various industries.

He also has experience in shareholder agreements as well as management participation and incentive plans. In addition, Benjamin advises on a broad spectrum of corporate law topics, including corporate governance and restructurings.
