Advestra advises Galderma on its USD 1 billion refinancing

Galderma, a pure-play dermatology category leader with a presence in approximately 90 countries which is listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, has entered into a USD 1 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement.

The facility is Galderma’s inaugural syndicated facility under Swiss law and was provided by a syndicate of 12 international banks. Citibank, N.A., London Branch and UBS Switzerland AG acted as coordinators, bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers.

Advestra advised Galderma on all aspects of the financing. The team included Alexander von Jeinsen, Alexander Fisch, Valerie Bär and Jill Iten (Financing) as well as Céline Martin and Laura Bartesaghi (Tax).
