Advestra advised Sandoz on the placement of EUR 500 million bonds

Sandoz successfully placed EUR 500 million bond with a 4.835% coupon. The EUR bonds were issued by Sandoz Finance B.V. and guaranteed by Sandoz Group AG and will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. BofA Securities, Mizuho and SEB acted as active joint lead managers and Citigroup, HSBC and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking acted as passive joint lead managers.

Advestra acted as legal counsel to Sandoz. The team included Annette Weber, Mariëlle van Nimwegen, Silvan Biedermann and Niklas Thoma (all Capital Markets) as well as Céline Martin (Tax).
