Mariëlle advises clients on capital market, financing, and M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate law matters.
A specific focus of her work lies on debt and equity capital markets, advising banks and issuers on a broad range of capital market transactions, including IPOs, capital increases and debt capital instruments, as well as on securities law.
Furthermore, Mariëlle assists companies on M&A and financing transactions and advises financial services providers on compliance with their regulatory duties.
Mariëlle has been recognized as a Rising Star in Capital Markets by IFLR1000.
