Annina’s practice primarily focuses on financing transactions. She advises clients on the full spectrum of finance matters, including syndicated credit agreements, acquisition, project and corporate financings.

In addition to her financing work, Annina has substantial experience in national and cross-border M&A and general corporate law. She advises foreign and domestic private and public companies as well as private equity, venture capital and other investors on acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures and other transactional matters. She also regularly supports clients on a wide range of corporate governance and general corporate law topicy.
