Advestra advises Bank of America and UBS on the placement of convertible bonds and the private repurchase offer for outstanding convertible bonds of DocMorris
DocMorris successfully placed CHF 96,8 million senior unsecured guaranteed convertible bonds due 2031. The bonds were issued by a Dutch subsidiary, guaranteed by DocMorris AG and are convertible into shares of DocMorris AG. The proceeds of the convertible bonds were primarily used to fund the early buyback of its outstanding CHF 49.6 million 2028 convertible bonds and for general corporate purposes. For this purpose, DocMorris successfully conducted a private repurchase offer for these convertible bonds.
Bank of America and UBS acted as joint bookrunners in these transactions.
